Website Returns & Exchanges Policy
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to TYNESIDE TRADERS indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms.
By ordering or registering on any of our sites you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from marketing communications.
We trust you will be delighted with your Tyneside Traders purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 28 days of receipt. (Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items). Products must be returned with all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold.
Refunds can be issued on purchases (FULL PRICED items ONLY) made online at www.tynesidetraders.com only. When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details of the new items you would like. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased from third party distributors of any of our brands.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Tyneside Traders, the goods have been used, worn or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.
Please note that we are UNABLE to process refunds on SALE items. However, we can exchange your item with another at the same value or higher. Additional payment will be required for any exchanges over the items sale value.
We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded.
All products are subject to inspection.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM PRINTED GOODS
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom printed with logo or company details, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
If you require an exchange please email email@example.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is 'out of stock' a gift voucher or refund will be issued.
Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
For a refund please return your item/s to us at the below address. Include your invoice in the package and mark next to the item/s you wish to return for a refund.

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a product is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or gift voucher for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. TYNESIDE TRADERS reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.
If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the products arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- Tyneside Traders will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.
- You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, Tyneside Traders will not be held liable.
- We ask that you allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If you have received a gift with purchase and then decide to return your purchased goods for a full refund the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the free gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. A Tyneside Traders team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment.
